Programmes

AIMS centres offer a variety of programmes which are designed to support teaching and research in mathematical sciences. 

• AIMS Postgraduate Diploma in Mathematical Sciences - This is the core AIMS programme and will be offered at all AIMS centres.
• AIMS Research Centre - A centre for advanced research and graduate training.
• AIMS School Enrichment Centre - A programme for outreach to middle and high-school teachers, designed to upgrade mathematics teaching skills.

Posters describing AIMS' programmes can be downloaded from (English | French) for distribution within Universities across Africa. New AIMS centres will begin by offering the AIMS Postgraduate program and will add other programmes in following years.
